- Current identification with a valid picture ID will be required at the time application is submittedÂ
- Pets are welcome, but there are restrictions. An additional security deposit and/or a pet fee(s) will apply. Limited two pets per apartment home. Pets may not exceed 50 lbs at adulthood. Vicious breeds are not accepted. (Pitt Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Akita, Great Dane, Presa Canario, Terriers(Staffordshire) or any of these mix breeds. This list is not all-inclusive. In addition, exotic and farm animals are not accepted: (example: snakes, ferrets, skunks, raccoons, chickens, rabbits, potbellied pigs, squirrels)
